How is my playground equipment delivered?
Most of our playground structures are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. Due to the size and weight of the equipment, a liftgate or forklift may be required for offloading. We will provide tracking information and a delivery window so you can prepare for arrival.
Does WillyGoat offer professional installation services?
Yes, we work with a network of certified professional installers across the country. You can request an installation quote during the checkout process or by contacting our customer service team directly.
Are your playground products safety certified?
Absolutely. All of our commercial playground equipment meets or exceeds safety standards set by the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) and is certified by ASTM International and IPEMA.
What is the typical lead time for an order?
Lead times vary by product. Quick-ship items typically depart within 1-2 weeks, while custom-built commercial structures can take 4-8 weeks for manufacturing and delivery.
What is your return policy for large equipment?
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days, though customers are responsible for original and return freight charges plus a restocking fee. Custom orders and surfacing materials are generally non-returnable.
Do you offer financing or net terms?
We offer several financing options for organizations and schools, and we also accept purchase orders from government agencies, public schools, and non-profits subject to credit approval.
