Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address for your specific product.

Pack with Care

Ensure all items are in their original packaging, unassembled, and include all hardware and manuals to avoid restocking fee deductions.

Ship the Item

Arrange for freight or parcel shipping back to our warehouse; please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and should use a trackable service.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
